Today, the school is accused of inability to "integrate" its different populations with specificneeds.
Teacher training is again questioned, a pretext to challenge the tremendous efforts developed over the years by teachers, trainers and researchers of the ENS and those of the universities.
However, the training of trainers in a multilingual environment has never been soessential, provided that it does not get locked into internal problems, too specific, outdated andreductive.
Our thinking in the context of what follows is to build a framework for cognitive didactics of learning in a multilingual context for a "new pedagogical design" which will take into account children-students with specific needs.

Aujourd'hui, l'école est accusée d'incapacité à «intégrer» ses différentes populations à besoins spécifiques.
La formation des enseignants est à nouveau mise en cause, prétexte à contester les formidables efforts développés depuis des années par les enseignants, les formateurs et les chercheurs des ENS et ceux aussi des universités.
Or, la formation des formateurs dans un milieu plurilingue n'a jamais été aussi indispensable, à condition qu'elle ne s'enferme pas dans des problématiques internes, trop spécifiques, dépassées et réductrices.
Notre réflexion dans le cadre de ce qui suit, c'est est de construire un cadre d'une didactique cognitive de l'apprentissage en contexte plurilingue pour un «nouveau design pédagogique» qui prendra en considération les enfants-élèves à besoins spécifiques.
