Astract This article aims to provide a visualization of the typical psychological, mental, social and professional competencies that qualify teachers of preparatory education departments to perform their educational mission successfully, based on the results of field studies.

We will identify the psychological needs and personal characteristics of preschool children, and the objectives of preparatory education.
