Abstract EN

In this paper, the influence of organizational frame on the organizational innovation in social fund department in Surman is investigated.

this was done by answering the question of how the organizational frame affects the development of organizational innovation?.

also, the study aims to know the elements of organizational frame, consequently determining the reality of administration, as well as how the work in the studied organization is going on?.

information was collected by a questionnaire designed to the study society including labors in the social fund.

results showed that there is a low level in the development of organizational innovation, as a result of absence of supporting resources for the innovators , and no objective criteria can be measured.

the study recommends to make budget section for supporting organizational innovation and innovation culture, as well as developing organizational frames to fulfill the organizational innovation demands.
