The study aimed to find out the exception between the negation and the proof of the fundamentalists, and the reason for the dispute in this matter and the views of the fundamentalists therein Some of the Hanafi investigators agreed with them, and the study reached valuable results, including that Some scholars believe that the exception to the negation is proof and the proof is negation, and that the exception benefits the perverse ruling, and the study recommends to take up the topic by comparing the opinions of the fundamentalists and grammarians.
