Grammar is considered as one of the important Arabic language branches; it adjusts the structure, explains, evaluates and corrects the meaning.

Some Arab grammarians distinguished and interested in rules which correct the language according to principles and rules established and applied by them, these principles no doubt were the results of accurate grammatical thought, but the thought may need pauses on some aspects at purposes of evaluating and amendment especially in the era of technology.

The paper aims to show distinction of IbniAlkhashab in grammatical lesson, analyzing the intellectual principles that he based his rules on, the flexibility and scientific of these rules.

A descriptive analytical method was used in carrying out the paper.

It's important appears through comparing the ancient rules with modern propagations to facilitating Arabic language rules.

The paper includes two cores: the first one defines IbniAlkhashab and his role in serving the grammar.

The second deals with analysis of intellectual grammatical by IbniAlkhashab, the main findings, it is impossible to describe IbniAlkhashab as the owner of private ideology in grammar, or he represents new trends, but he is an imitative to the previous grammarian and tends clearly to Bisra school.
