Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى مراكز اللعب وعلاقتها بحدوث الإصابات الرياضية لدى لاعبي كرة اليد في الأردن، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي الشامل لملائمته لطبيعة و أهداف الدراسة، و تم اختيار العينة بالطريقة القصدية و التي تكونت من جميع اللاعبين المصابين في الدوري الدرجة الأولى لكرة اليد في الأردن و البالغ عددهم (66) لاعباً، و الذين يمثلون (7) أندية رياضية و هم أندية العربي، الأهلي، الحسين، كفرنجة كفرسوم القوقازي و يرموك الشونه، و لموسم الرياضي 2021/2020، حيث تم استخدام النسب المئوية و التكرارات و ذلك للكشف عن عدد الاصابات و أماكن وقوعها و سبب حدوثها و وقت حدوثها، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أكثر الإصابات شيوعاً لدى لاعبي دوري الدرجة الأولى في كرة اليد هي إصابات المفاصل و بنسبة (933.7) ، كما أظهرت النتائج أن أكثر مراكز اللعب عرضة للإصابات الرياضية في دوري الدرجة الأولي في كرة اليد هو لاعب الدائرة و بنسبة بلغت (37.8%)، و أكثر اسباب الإصابات الرياضية شيوعاً لدى لاعبي كرة اليد في الأردن كانت ضغط المباريات و المنافسات و بلغت النسبة (17.30%)، و أن أكثر فترة لحدوث الإصابات الرياضية في دوري الدرجة الأولى لكرة اليد هي فترة المنافسات و بنسبة (70%) ، و توصي الباحثة ضرورة مراعاة إعطاء الوقت الكافي لشفاء اللاعبين من الإصابة، و عدم إشراكهم في اللعب حفاظاً عليهم و من أجل عدم تفاقم الإصابة و بالتالي قد تكون سبباً في الاعتزال المبكر للاعبين.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying playing positions and their relationship with the occurrence of sports injuries among the players of handball in Jordan.

The researcher used the descriptive approach which its total survey image due to its compatibility to the study nature and objectives.

The study sample was chosen intentionally and consisted of all the injured players in the first class league of handball in Jordan with a total of (66) players, representing (7) sports clubs; these are ( Al-Arabi, Al-Ahli, Al-Hussein, Kofranja, Kofrsoum, Al-Qoqazi, and Yarmouk Al-Shona) for the sports season (2020-2021).

Percentages and frequencies were used to detect the number of injuries, their occurrence position, as well as the cause and time of their occurrence.

The results revealed that the most common injuries among the players are joints injuries with a percentage of (33.7%), and the most exposed playing positions among the players of the first class league of handball in Jordan is the circle player with a percentage of (37.8%).The results revealed that the most common causes for the occurrence of sports injuries among handball players in Jordan are the stressors of matches and competitions imposed on the players with a percentage of (17.30%)and that the players whose experience ranges between (1- less than 5 years) are more exposed to sports injuries with a percentage of (40.91%).

The results revealed that the most common time for the occurrence of sports injuries in handball first league is during competitions with a percentage of (70%).

The researcher recommended the necessity of giving sufficient time for player's recovery from injuries and not to involve players in matches maintain their safety and rescue them from the adverse consequences of injury that could lead to early retirement of players.
