Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة التعرف على المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي لواء الجيزة في التعلم عن بعد، و مستوى الدعم الذي تقدمه مديرية التربية و التعليم لهم، في ظل جائحة كورونا.

و لتحقيق ذلك ، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي التحليلي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (435) معلماً و معلمة من معلمي و معلمات مديرية التربية و التعليم للواء الجيزة في محافظة العاصمة عمان من العام الدراسي (2020/2021) .

و تألفت أداة الدراسة من استبانه تم تقسيمها إلى جزأين الأول متعلق بالمشكلات التي تواجه المعلمين، و الجزء الثاني متعلق بمستوى الدعم التي تقدمه مديرية التربية و التعليم لهم.

و قد أظهرت النتائج أن المشكلات التي تواجه معلمي لواء الجيزة جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، حيث كانت في الرتبة الأولى الفقرة (4) و التي تنص على : "ضعف شبكة الإنترنت" بمتوسط حسابي (4.37) و أن مستوى الدعم المقدم لهم من مديرية التربية و التعليم، جاء بدرجة متوسطة، حيث جاءت في الرتبة الأولى الفقرة (9) و التي تنص على : " يوفر فريق الدعم الفني أرقام الهواتف و عناوين البريد الإلكتروني الخاص بالفريق للاستفسارات العاجلة الخط الساخن" بمتوسط حسابي (3.20).

و أظهرت النتائج أن ضعف شبكة الإنترنت، و كثرة الأعباء و الواجبات الإلكترونية على المعلم، و التي تصيبه بالإرهاق، كانتا من أبرز التحديات التي تواجه المعلمين في تطبيق التعلم عن بعد.

و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة توفير الدعم اللازم و زيادة فرصة التواصل بين المعلم والطلبة و المتابعة من خلال الوسائل المتاحة، و منها : مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، و الهاتف، للتغلب على المشكلات التي تحد من فاعلية التعلم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying distance learning problems that encounter school teachers in Al Jizah District, Amman.

Moreover, it investigated the level of the technical support provided by the Directorate of Education of AL Jizah to undertake distance-learning during the coronavirus pandemic.

The sample of the study included (435) school teachers from Al Jizah District during the academic year 2020/2021.

The study adopted the descriptive analysis to analyse the data obtained from a two- part questionnaire which was used as the instrument of the study.

The questionnaire was divided into two sections.

Section A composed of items on distance-learning problems facing teachers while section B contained items on the level of the technical support offered by the Directorate of Education of Al Jizah.

Results of the study showed that there were major distance-learning problems facing teachers.

Thus, the arithmetic mean of item (4) which addressed " Poor Internet connection " was the highest (4.37).

On the other hand, it was proved that the technical support presented by the Directorate of Education of AL Jizah was of medium level and the arithmetic mean of item (9) which contained " The technical support team provide phone numbers and email addresses for inquiries" was the highest (3.20).

In addition, the study concluded that the quality of internet service was poor and the electronic assignment overload of teachers saddled them.

Finally, the study proposed that providing necessary technical support and enhancing communication between teachers and students via social media and over the phone are essential to overcome the obstacles that eliminate the effectiveness of distance-learning used during the coronavirus pandemic.
