This study has examined substitution and the vowel letters in the structure of verbs and nouns, the study aimed to clarify the existence of Arabic language substitution, as well as indentify types of grammatical and morphological substitution and explained that the substitution is located in the consonants and occur in vowels where substitution occur and in the vowels and consonants occurs statement of the Quran particular Readings.

The researcher has adopted descriptive approach because it relevance to the study.

The study sum up into many results: the substitution occurs more in the consonants than vowels as relegated to Arab dialects, that substitution occur in Holy Koran as is clear as in the readings.
