Arabic Abstract

الجنس و سنوات الخبرة، و لتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تمّ تطوير مقياسي الدراسة ؛ التوافق المهني، و اتجاهات المعلمين نحو التعليم عن بعد، و تم التحقق من صدقهما و ثباتهما، حيث طبقا على عينة تكوّنت من (104) معلماً و معلمةً، و توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى التوافق المهني و مستوى اتجاهات معلّمي غرف المصادر نحو التعليم عن بعد جاء متوسطاً، و قد أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية طرديه بين مستوى التوافق المهني و مستوى اتجاهات معلمي غرف المصادر نحو التعليم عن بعد، كما أظهرت وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائيّة في مستوى التوافق المهني لبعد (الوضع الاقتصادي) لدى معلّمي غرف المصادر تعزى لأثر متغيّر (الجنس) و لصالح المعلمات الاناث، بينما لم يكن هناك أثرٌ لمتغيّر (سنوات الخبرة) على مستوى التوافق المهني، و أظهرت أيضاً وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى اتجاهات معلّمي غرف المصادر نحو التعليم عن بعد تعزى لأثر متغيّر (سنوات الخبرة) ؛ و لصالح (5 سنواتٍ فأقل)، بينما لم يكن هناك أثرٌ لمتغيّر (الجنس) على مستوى اتجاهات معلّمي غرف المصادر نحو التعليم عن بعد، أوصت الدراسة بإجراء دورات تدريبية لمعلمي غرف المصادر من أجل تعزيز مستوى التوافق المهني لديهم لما له من أثر في تحسين مستوى الاتجاهات لدى معلّمي غرف المصادر نحو التعليم عن بعد.

English Abstract

The current study aimed to identify the relationship of professional compatibility with the attitudes of resource room teachers towards distance education during the Corona pandemic in Karak Governorate، the study also aimed to find out the difference in the level of occupational compatibility and attitude according to the variables of sex and years of experience،One measure of professional conformity and one measure of attitudes towards distance learning have been developed، Their validity and stability were verified، and they were applied on a sample consisting of (104) male and female teachers، The study found that the level of professional consensus and the level of teachers ’attitudes towards distance education were moderate، The results showed a positive correlation between the level of professional consensus and the level of teachers ’attitudes towards distance education in the resource rooms، It also showed that there are statistically significant differences in the level of professional compatibility in the (economic situation) dimension of resource room teachers due to a variable effect (gender)، and in favor of female teachers، While there was no effect of the variable (years of experience) on the level of professional compatibility، and there were also statistically significant differences in the level of resource room teachers ’attitudes towards distance education due to a variable effect (years of experience)، and in favor of (5 years or less)، While there was no effect of the (gender) variable on the level of resource room teachers ’attitudes towards distance education، and in light of the results، the study recommended recommendations، the most important of which are: The Ministry of Education conducts training courses for resource room teachers in order to enhance the level of professional compatibility They have because of its impact on improving the level of attitudes of resource rooms teachers towards distance learning.
