This study examines legalized corruption, reviews and analyzes the types ofcorruption that exist, whether in Iraq or in other countries, and tries to develop somesolutions to the problem of corruption, whether it is natural or legal corruption, aswell as explaining the causes of corruption, i.

(why individuals turn to corruption, This study is based on the basic idea that corruption is in continuous developmentand does not stop at certain limits.

It is in a state of development and creating newtypes of corruption in order to achieve the benefit of the beneficiary.

This study alsodealt with the waste of public money, its causes, and how it can be reduced in orderto establish the principle of integrity, efficiency and the quality of choosing decisionmakers.

This study clarified the tasks of the Council of Representatives and the IraqiParliament in combating corruption and gave some recommendations in order toreach a solution to the problem of corruption and reduce it.
