The research aims to identify the Islamic Sharia and its purposes, and to clarify the evidence on the application of Islamic Sharia from the Holy Qur’an and the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, as well as revealing models of suspicions raised about the application of Islamic Sharia, discussing, criticizing and criticizing them with appropriate evidence.

The research includes an introduction, four Chapters and a conclusion.

The introduction includes an explanation of the Islamic Sharia curriculum and its purposes, objectives and research plan, and reasons for choosing the study.

The following four chapters include the first chapter, which is the definition of Islamic law and its purposes, the second chapter is the evidence for the application of Islamic Sharia from the book and the Sunnah, and the third chapter is examples of suspicions raised about the application of Sharia, and the fourth chapter is criticism Suspicions raised on the application of Sharia.

From the results of this research; The definition of Sharia is all the rulings that the legislator set for the servants, and they are belief, practical and moral rulings whose aim is to achieve happiness in the two worlds: the world and the hereafter, and that the purposes revolve around two matters: bringing benefits and repelling evils, and applying Islamic Sharia and its rulings to achieve happiness in this world and the hereafter.

Islamic Sharia in the Noble Qur’an and the Sunnah of the Prophet, which is many and varied evidence.

The rulings legislated by Islam are provisions that organize the life of the individual and society.

They maintain the security and stability of society.

They are a guarantee and protection for souls, honor, lineages, and money.
