Egypt has resorted to a set of measures aiming a comprehensive development precisely the development of rural, urban and desert.

One of the most important means of developing desert societies is paying attention to the development projects, as they play a major role in the process of social change, reducing the unemployment, and providing job opportunities.

Thus, this study attempted to monitor some social and cultural changes related to agricultural technology in Matrouh Governorate.

The study was trying to find out is there any changes happened to Bedouins and the reasons why the Bedouins refuse to work with agricultural technology, which contributes in future developmental projects.

The results showed the varied benefit of the sample from technological practices, the most benefit was from those related to water.

Most of the sample agreed to benefit from this technology due to their severe need for water, and the most important obstacles were the lack of water, and all the sample agreed to solve it by digging more wells and making many desalination stations.

It was followed by modern methods of animal husbandry.

The results also showed that there is a high change in 87% of the sample in general, whether cultural or social, with all the sample members rejecting loans because they are forbidden, and this is the value of what is halal and forbidden.

As for the rest of the beliefs, customs, traditions, and characteristics of the Bedouins, they have changed differently due to their lack of conflict with the values of halal as well as the spread of education and openness to the outside world.
