Artificial intelligence techniques have revolutionized computer programs that simulate mental abilities, so we are faced with new variables that require research and reconsideration of the pillars of science itself, and the main units of analysis within the field of political science such as the state and the international system.

This paper attempts to participate in the scientific debate on the impact of artificial intelligence techniques on political science by focusing on the two most prominent units of analysis; The state and the international system .

The paper seeks to discuss the impact of artificial intelligence techniques on the branch of political science, and the accompanying problems it poses about the renewal of science in its various branches.

These techniques push us to reconsider the principles of science itself.

In this context, the paper is divided into four main sections; The first deals with the impact of artificial intelligence technologies on the state; The pillars, functions and threats.

The second discusses the impact of modern technologies on the democratic model in terms of concept and the increase of citizen power and the pillars of democracy.

The third section deals with the impact of artificial intelligence on the international system.

The fourth section presents the most prominent policies that can be presented to the Arab decision-maker within the framework of what was reached in the study.
