Abstract EN

The research aims to clarify the creed implications of Egyptian colloquial proverbs showing their implications and meanings that correspond with the Islamic creed : theologies, prophethoods, and audiology, and to reveal their impact on human behavior.

the research also tries to clarify the link between the ancient scholastic theology’s issues and the content of the daily used colloquial proverbs.

the research used some methodological mechanisms to obtain these goals via deducting colloquial proverbs which are related to Islamic creed.

they were collected from some books that were interested in Egyptian colloquial proverbs.

the researched tried to rearrange them according to their creed implications, in addition to deducting creed implications in reality whether they matched the correct creed or not using the critical tool.

among the results of the research is that there is a deep relationship between creed heritage, theology heritage and colloquial verbs which denotes the fact that the collective verbal heritage benefited mainly from the old religious heritage.

it denotes also that the Islamic creed, though it is built on the unseen, was proven by the colloquial proverbs that it had a great impact on the daily behavior due to the fact that the proverbs are easily spread.

we deducted from this research that there is an apparent contradiction in some colloquial proverbs which expressed creed issues.

the colloquial proverbs related to the creed can be employed to show an easy image of the creed content in Islam in a way that distinguishes it from the complicated word content.
