Arabic Abstract

هذه الرسالة هي تحقيق لقسم من أحد كتب الشافعية، و هو كتاب النهاية العظمى في شرح الغاية القصوى للعلامة محمد بن محمد بن زنكي الشعيبي (ت 748هـ)، وذلك من بداية نواقض الوضوء إلى بداية التيمم، و ذلك اعتماداً على نسختين.

و اشتملت الدراسة على ترجمة الإمام البيضاوي و التعريف به و بيان نشأته العلمية و أشهر مؤلفاته، ثم التعريف بكتابه الغاية القصوى في دراية الفتوى الذي اختصره من كتاب الوسيط للإمام الغزالي.

ثم تناولت التعريف بالإمام الأسفراييني، و بيان ما يتعلق بسيرته، و التعريف بشرحه النهاية العظمى، و بيان معالم منهجيته في تأليف هذا الشرح، و ما اعتمده في شرحه من مصادر و المصطلحات التي استعملها في كتاب، و كذلك اشتمل تحقيق قسم من كتاب النهاية العظمى، و ذلك من بداية نواقض الوضوء إلى بداية التيمم.

ثم خاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج و التوصيات.

English Abstract

This message is an investigation of a section of one of the Shafi’i books, which is the book of the Great End in Explaining the Ultimate Purpose of the scholar Muhammad bin Muhammad bin Zanki alIsfraiyani (d.747 AH), from the beginning of the nullifiers of ablution to the beginning of tayammum, based on two versions.

The study came in an introduction and two parts.

The first section included the translation of Imam al-Baidawi, introducing him to him, stating his scholarly upbringing and the most famous of his books that he left, then introducing his book The Ultimate Purpose to Knowing the Fatwa, which he summarized from the book AlWasit by Imam Al-Ghazali.

Then I dealt with the definition of Imam Al-Isfari, a statement of what is related to his biography, the definition of his explanation the Great End, an explanation of the features of his methodology in composing this explanation, the sources he adopted in his explanation, and the terms he used in his book.

The second section is the investigation section, and the investigation includes a section of the book The Great End, from the beginning of the nullifiers of ablution to the beginning of tayammum.

Then a conclusion that included the most important findings and recommendations.
