هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية، مجلس النواب الثامن عشر نموذجا (2016-202)، و تبرز مشكلة الدراسة في أن التمكين السياسي للمرأة يرتبط بعدد من المتغيرات المجتمعية من بينها مدى نضج و أهلية المجتمع لانخراط المرأة في العمل السياسي، بالإضافة إلى ان نسبة حضور المرأة سياسيا مازال منخفضًا، و هو ما قد يرجع إلى غياب الثقافة الحقوقية للمرأة في المجتمع.
و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة ثم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليل و تطوير إستبانة تكونت من (39) فقرة، و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها.
و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من (4000) إمرأة عاملة في منظمات المجتمع المدني الأردني، و تم اختيار عينة الدراسة بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية و بلغت (369) إمرأة.
و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية جاء بدرجة متوسطة، و أن هناك علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين منظمات المجتمع المدني و التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية.
و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة تم إقتراح مجموعة من التوصيات منها : تعزيز مستوى التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية، و ذلك من خلال عقد دورات تدريبية و ورش عمل لتوعيتهم حول أهمية المشاركة السياسية، و تدريبهم على كيفية المشاركة الحزبية و السياسية و الفائدة المرجوة من هذه المشاركة، و ضرورة اهتمام الحكومة الأردنية بمنظمات المجتمع المدني و التعاون معها من أجل المساهمة في خلق مناخ ديمقراطي و تنمية مستدامة من خلال تعزيز التمكين السياسي للمرأة الأردنية.
English Abstract
This study aimed to uncover the role of civil society organizations in the political empowerment of Jordanian women, the Eighteenth House of Representatives as a model (2016-2020), the problem of the study is that the political empowerment of women is linked to a number of societal variables, including the extent of maturity and eligibility of society for the participation of women in political work, in addition to the fact that the political presence of women is still low, which may be due to the absence of a culture of women's rights in society.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a descriptive approach to analysis was followed and a questionnaire was developed consisting of (39) paragraphs, and its validity and reliability were confirmed.
The study population consisted of (4000) women working in Jordanian civil society organizations, and the study sample was chosen by random stratified method and reached (369) women.
The results of the study showed that the role of civil society organizations in the political empowerment of Jordanian women came to a moderate degree, and there is a statistically significant correlation between civil society organizations and political empowerment of Jordanian women.
In the light of the study results, a number of recommendations were proposed, including: Enhancing the level of political empowerment of Jordanian women, by holding training courses and workshops to educate them about the importance of political participation, and train them on how to partisan and political participation, and the desired benefit of this participation, and the need for the Jordanian government to pay attention to civil society organizations and cooperate with them in order to contribute to creating a democratic climate and sustainable development by promoting the political empowerment of Jordanian women.
