Abstract EN

The Research aimed to study the electronic management in orphan institutions and its relationship to the achievement motivation for employees.

Explanation the correlation between some of the socio-economic variables and each of the electronic management and the achievement motivation.

Explanation the differences in each of the electronic management and the achievement motivation according to age, number of service years, educational level, monthly income.

The research used descriptive analytical method.

The sample of this research including 160 employees in orphan institutions were selected in accidentally purposed way.

This research applied on Orphan care institutions in Gharbia Governorate (Tanta) in Orphan SOS Village, Dar Al Huda and Sharkia Governorate (Tenth of Ramadan) in Dar Madinah El Monawara, Rashad Charitable Society.

The tools of this study included general data form for employees working in orphan institutions, an electronic management questionnaire with its dimensions (electronic culture, electronic planning, electronic organization, electronic guidance, electronic monitoring), an achievement motivation questionnaire with its dimensions (perseverance, Ambition, Uptake of work).

Data has been released, classified, tabulated and using statistical methods through SPSS.

The results revealed that there were positive correlation statistically significant at 0.001 between the electronic management and the achievement motivation with their dimensions, positive correlation statistically significant at 0.001, 0.01, 0.05 between The socio-economic variables of the study (age, number of service years, educational level, monthly income, number of courses) and each of the electronic management and the achievement motivation with their dimensions, there were no differences in the electronic management and achievement motivation according to residence area, there were no differences in the electronic management and achievement motivation according to type, there were differences statistically significant at 0.001 in the electronic management and achievement motivation with their dimensions of taking courses in electronic management according to who taking courses, there were differences statistically significant at 0.001 in the electronic management and achievement motivation with their dimensions of educational level according to high educational levels, there were differences statistically significant at 0.001, 0.01 in the electronic management and achievement motivation with their dimensions of number of service years according to those who have 10 years of experience or more, there were differences statistically significant at 0.001, 0.01 in the electronic management and achievement motivation with their dimensions of monthly income according to people with high incomes, The study recommended that the necessity to activate electronic management and convert all administrative procedures and transactions that take place in the traditional way into electronic, and make this with the development of regulations, laws and legislations that govern electronic transactions, do continuous follow-up of employees, and workshops to provide them with the best means for a sound integrated education for orphans and make courses concerned with electronic management and achievement motivation.
