The study aimed to clarify the role of Alexandria University in building a knowledge society from the point of view of the faculty members and workers, and to identify ways to activate this role, and the results indicated that Alexandria University applies the comprehensive quality system in education, and the University of Alexandria is also establishing specialized research centers, in addition to The University of Alexandria is working on spreading technological awareness, and the study also revealed that Alexandria University provides specialized and qualified cadres to the community at a rate of 68.3%.

And encouragement for gifted students and their care at a percentage of 76.6%, and the study also showed that Alexandria University provides solutions to social, economic and cultural problems for students with number of responses amounting to 200 responses, a percentage of 66.6%.
