This research is about some scholars of al-jarh wa at-Ta’dil (criticism) used to liken some narrators to holy objects, by saying “he is a verse or a Qur’an”, and likening high titles such as “The balance of al-Hadith, knight of al-Hadith, and likening Valuables such as gold, treasure, and Precious stones and likening cosmic and natural phenomena or machines and non-living objects, or The praiseworthy attributes of an animal.

In addition, likening their Narrators such as gold or gold ingot.so this research is about which narrators shared the same likeness.

Why did the criticism scholars use similes to describe those narrators rather than express their opinion explicitly? What is the benefit of similes in praising a narrator? The research includes examples of these similes descriptions and traces their .linguistic origins in order to find out their common aspects Perhaps the imams wanted, by likening to diversify the words, and to give the science of al-jarh wa at-Ta’dil a bit of rhetoric and uniqueness in terms that are not mentioned in any mouthful critic by .critics, and in the research folds more details than that
