The polemical and Discussion between Jews and Muslims was a factor in the origins and development of theology in the Islamic environment, and this was a cause for the emergence of a Theological issue, namely Abrogation.

-This research discusses theCritical position of Abu Ali Muhammad Ibn Hallad Al-Basri, from theAbrogation of the Torah, and the Jewish reception of this Mu'tazili influence, through four sections that make up the structure of the research, as follows: The first topic: Religiouspolemicalbetween the early Mu'tazila and the Jews, "the issueAbrogation" The second topic: Contexts of transmission of Mu'tazili thought to Jewish Theologians"Samuel bon Hofni".

The third topic: The doctrine of the Jews in Abrogation and the position of Ibn Hallad on it.

The fourth topic: theReligious and mental proofs about the notAbrogation of the Torah and the position of Ibn Hallad from it.
