Abstract EN

The right for education is classified as one of the most important human rights and fundamental freedoms, which nations and societies seek to execute at the international and national levels, and the developments that the world is witnessing at all levels, especially economic, social and technological, make it imperative for the legislator to keep pace with them, through reforming his legal system in the field of education, based on organization, change, evaluation and improvement.

This study aims to identify the reality of Algerian legislation regarding the right for education and if it is in line with international legislation.

It also seeks to clarify the international and national legislative framework for the right for education.
