Arabic Abstract
هذه دراسة لتحقيق كتاب الجامع الكبير للإمام أحمد بن محمد بن عمر أبي نصر العتابي من أول كتاب النكاح إلى آخر كتاب الشهادات، بدأتها بدراسة سيرة الإمام العتابي، و مكانته العلمية و أبرز تلاميذ و مصنفاته، ثم حققت الجزء المخصص ثم.
من المخطوط بعزو المسائل و القواعد إلى كتب الحنفية ما أمكن، و بينت ما يحتاج منها إلى بيان و شرح، و قد أظهرت الدراسة مكانة الإمام العلمية، و مكانة أراءه الفقهية و اعتماد المذهب عليها، و التزامه بأقوال شيخ المذهب الإمام محمد الشيباني، و مخالفته له في بعض المسائل، ثم ختمت هذه الدراسة بخاتمة بينت فيها أهم النتائج.
English Abstract
This is a study to investigate a book called Aljami’ Alkabeer written by Imam Ahmed bin Mohamed bin Omar Abi Nasser Al-ataby, from the start of The Book of Marriage (Ketab Alnikah) till the end of The Book of Testimonies (Kitab Alshahadat).
This thesis started off with the Biography of Imam Al-Atabi, His scholarly standing and his most prominent students and works, then I investigated the assigned part of the manuscript by attributing issues and fundamentals to the Hanafi books as possible, and exhibited what needed to be stated and explained, furthermore, it proclaimed Al-atabiy’s scholarly position, and the state of his jurisprudential views and the school's reliance on them.
Also it showed his dedication to the sayings of Imam Muhammad al-Shaibani, the head of his school of thought and his disagreement with some of the issues.
Then this study was concluded with a conclusion in which it showed the most important outcomes.
