Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة علاقة المهارات الناعمة الاتصال و التواصل، إدارة الوقت، القيادة، التخطيط، اتخاذ القرارات و حل المشكلات منفردة و مجتمعة مع التوجه الريادي لدى طلاب كلية الاعمال جامعة مؤته، و من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف قام الباحث بتطوير استبانة تكونت من 42 فقرة و تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة التي بلغ عددها (275) مفردة، و قد بلغت عدد الاستبانات الخاضعة للتحليل عدد (271) استبانة بمعدل استجابة بلغ (%98.54) و قد قام الباحث باستخدام برنامج (SPSS) الاصدار (21) من أجل تحليل البيانات و اختبار الفرضيات و توصل للعديد من النتائج، و التي من أهمها : أنه توجد علاقة إيجابية طردية قوية بين المهارات الناعمة و التوجه الريادي لدى طلاب كلية الاعمال جامعة مؤته، حيث بلغت قيمة معامل الارتباط (0.66)، و هي قيمة دالة إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 ، كما أتضح من خلال نتائج الدراسة أن طلاب كلية الاعمال جامعة مؤته يمتلكون مجموعة من المهارات الناعمة و بمستويات كبيرة، حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لمحور المهارات الناعمة (4.17) و بدرجة كبيرة، كما اتضح ان الطلاب لديهم توجه ريادي وبدرجة كبيرة حيث بلغ المتوسط العام لمحور التوجه الريادي (4.13) و بدرجة كبيرة .

و من أهم توصيات الدراسة : تعزيز المهارات الناعمة لدى الطلاب من خلال إقامة البرامج التدريبية النوعية التي تعمل على بناء قدراتهم المختلفة، و بما يساهم في خلق توجه ريادي فاعل و ضرورة أن تركز البرامج التدريبية على الجوانب و التطبيقات العملية بجانب المعلومات النظرية التي تشكل المنطلق في تنمية مهارات الطلاب، و ليس فقط الجوانب النظرية التي اثبتت عدم فاعليتها بدون تطبيق و ضرورة أن تقوم كلية الاعمال - باعتبار تخصصها - بالدور المحوري في نشر و تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال لدي الطلاب حتى يصبحوا رواد أعمال ليس على المستوى المحلي فقط بل العالمي .

English Abstract

This study aimed to know the relationship of soft skills (communication, time management, leadership, planning, decision-making and problem-solving) individually and in total with the entrepreneurial orientation of students in the School of Business at Mutah University, and in order to achieve this goal, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisting of 42 items that was Distributed among the study sample of (275) individuals, and the number of questionnaires subject to analysis reached (271) questionnaires with a response rate of (98.54%) The researcher used the (SPSS) program" 21" version to analyze data and test hypotheses, and he reached many results, the most important of which are: There is a strong positive relationship between soft skills and entrepreneurial orientation among students in the School of Business at Mutah University, where the value of the correlation coefficient was (0.66) which is a statistically significant value at a significance level of 0.01.

It was also evident from the results of the study that the students have a group of soft skills at large levels, where the general average for the axis of soft skills reached (4.17), and that students also have an entrepreneurial orientation with a large degree, where the general average for the axis of entrepreneurial orientation reached (4.13).

And the most important recommendations of the study are as follows: Enhancing students ’soft skills through establishment of specific training programs that work to build their various capabilities, and in a way that contributes to creating an effective entrepreneurial orientation.

Training programs should focus on scientific aspects and applications, as well as theoretical information that forms the starting point for developing students' skills, and not only theoretical aspects that have proven ineffective without application.

And The School of Business should play the pivotal role in spreading and developing the culture of entrepreneurship among students so that they become entrepreneurs not only at the local level, but also internationally.
