Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور برامج المنظمات الأعضاء في الائتلاف الوطني للقرار 2250 في الحد من الجريمة من وجهة نظر الشباب الأردني، و من أجل تحقيق هذا الهدف، تم تصميم استبانة لجمع البيانات وفق مقياس ليكرت الخماسي، تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، وزعت على عينة بلغ حجمها (350) شاباً و شابه و الذين تراوحت أعمارهم من (18-29) و قد اختيرت بطريقة المسح الشامل للشباب الأعضاء في الائتلاف الوطني للقرار (2250) و الذين تلقوا تدريباً على مضمون ذلك القرار ليكونوا الفئة المستهدفة وزعت عليهم الاستبانات الكترونياً عبر تطبيق (Google Drive) ، استجاب منهم ما مجموعه (321) شابا و شابه، و من أجل استخراج نتائج الدراسة، استخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة منها التكرارات و النسب المئوية، المتوسطات الحسابية و الانحرافات المعيارية، و تحليل التباين الأحادي متعدد الاتجاهات ) 4way-Anova ( و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان من أبرزها : أن دور برامج المنظمات الأعضاء في الائتلاف الوطني للقرار 2250 في الحد من الجريمة جاء بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة من وجهة نظر الشباب الأردني، و قد كان ترتيب المجالات على التوالي بدرجات تقدير مرتفعة (الحماية الوقاية، التسريح و إعادة الادماج المشاركة و الشراكات).

و بينت النتائج وجود فروق دالة احصائية في دور برامج المنظمات الأعضاء في الائتلاف الوطني للقرار 2250 في الحد من الجريمة من وجهة نظر الشباب الأردني تعزى للمتغيرات : الجنس، و المؤهل العلمي، و مجال العمل.

و قد كانت الفروق في الجنس لصالح الذكور، و بالنسبة لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، الصالح اقل من توجيهي و الدبلوم و البكالوريوس و الدبلوم عالي و الماجستير على حساب درجة الدكتوراه، و لصالح اقل من توجيهي على حساب الماجستير، أما بالنسبة لمجال العمل فقد كانت لصالح قطاع عام، و قطاع خاص، على حساب بلا عمل.

و كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق تعزى للعمر.

و في ضوء النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها، قدمت الدراسة عدد من التوصيات كان من أبرزها : العمل على الاستفادة من الطاقات الكامنة داخل الشباب و تمكينهم عملياً، تنمية القيم الروحية و الأخلاقية و قيم الانتماء و الأمانة و الشفافية لدى الشباب من خلال تفعيل ادوار المؤسسة الدينية في الوعظ و الإرشاد، وكذلك تفعيل دور المدرسة و الجامعة في الحث على قيم السلام و التسامح.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the role of the programs of the member organizations of the National Coalition for Resolution 2250 in reducing crime from the point of view of Jordanian youth, and in order to achieve this goal, a questionnaire was designed to collect data according to the Likert scale, its validity and consistency was verified and distributed to a sample of Its size is (350) young men and women, those whose ages ranged from (18-29).

It was chosen by means of the comprehensive survey to the young people who are members of the National Coalition for Resolution (2250) and who received training on the content of that decision to be the target group.

The questionnaires were distributed electronically through the application of (Google Drive), of whom a total of (321) youth responded.

Similar, and in order to extract the results of the study, appropriate statistical methods were used, including frequencies, percentages, means and standard deviations, and multi-directional one-way analysis of variance (4way-Anova).

The study found a number of results, the most prominent of which are: The role of the programs of the member organizations of the National Coalition for Resolution 2250 in reducing crime came with a high degree of appreciation from the viewpoint of the Jordanian youth.

The ranking of the domains was, respectively, with high degrees of appreciation (protection, prevention, reintegration, participation, and partnerships).

The results showed that there are statistically significant differences in the role of the programs of the member organizations of the National Coalition for Resolution 2250 in reducing crime from the viewpoint of Jordanian youth due to variables: gender, academic qualification, and field of work.

The differences in gender were in favor of males, and with regard to the educational qualification variable, in favor of less than High School, a diploma, a bachelor's, a higher diploma, and a master at the expense of the doctoral degree, and in favor of less than High School at the expense of the master’s degree.

As for the field of work, it was in favor of the public sector, and the private sector, at the expense of Without work.

The results revealed no differences attributable to age.

In light of the results reached, the study presented a number of recommendations, the most prominent of which were: Working to benefit from the potential within youth and empowering them in practice, developing spiritual and moral values and the values of belonging, honesty and transparency among young people by activating the roles of the religious institution in preaching and counseling, as well as Activating the role of the school and the university in promoting the values of peace and tolerance.
