Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر بيئة العمل على تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في سلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة.

تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في سلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة و البالغ عددهم (2100) موظفاً، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (340) موظفاً و موظفة.

اعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الميداني، حيث تم الرجوع إلى الدراسات السابقة، كما تطوير استبانة بهدف جمع البيانات المتعلقة بمتغيرات الدراسة.

و قد تم اختبار فرضيات الدراسة من خلال تحليل الانحدار المتعدد باستخدام الرزمة الإحصائية في العلوم الاجتماعية و الإنسانية (23.SPSS v).

توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج منها : أن المتوسط الكلي لإجابات المستجيبين حول مجالات بيئة العمل بلغ (3.92) بدرجة مرتفعة، كما أن المتوسط الكلي لإجابات المستجيبين حول مجالات الإبداع الإداري بلغ (3.98) و جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط موجبة و دالة إحصائية بين بيئة العمل و مستوى تحقيق الإبداع الإداري في سلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة، و وجود أثر دال إحصائياً عند مستوى دلالة (a=0.05) للمتغير المستقل (بيئة العمل) في المتغير التابع (الإبداع الإداري).

و قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات من أهمها : ضرورة استمرار إدارة سلطة منطقة العقبة الاقتصادية الخاصة ببذل المزيد من الجهود لتوفير الظروف العمل المناسبة التي تجعلها قادرة على تشجيع الأداء الإبداعي للعاملين و تحقق مستويات مرتفعة من الإبداع الإداري.

English Abstract

This study aimed to identify the impact of the work environment on achieving administrative creativity in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority.

The study population consisted of all workers in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, who numbered (2100) employees, and the study sample consisted of (340) male and female employees.

The study adopted the field descriptive analytical method, where previous studies were referred to, and a questionnaire was developed with the aim of collecting data related to the study variables.

The hypotheses of the study were tested through multiple regression analysis using the statistical package in the social sciences and humanities (SPSS v.23).

The study reached several results, including that the total average of the respondents’ answers about the areas of the work environment reached (3.92) at a high degree, and the total average of the respondents’ answers about the areas of administrative creativity reached (3.98) and it came to a high degree, The study also found a positive correlation and statistical function between the work environment and the level of achieving administrative creativity in the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority, And there is a statistically significant effect at the level of significance (0.05α≤) for the independent variable (work environment) on the dependent variable (administrative creativity).

The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: It is necessary for the administration of the Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority to continue to make more efforts to provide appropriate working conditions that would make it able to encourage the creative performance of employees and achieve high levels of administrative creativity.
