Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى واقع التعاقب الوظيفي لدى مديري و مديرات المدارس في محافظة الكرك من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و ذلك في ضوء متغيرات الجنس والمؤهل العلمي و الخبرة استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي المسحي.
و قد تكونت عينة الدراسة من (362) معلماً و معلمة، تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة، و قد طورت الباحثة استبانة تكونت من (27) فقرة موزعة على ثلاث مجالات و تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، حيث تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة في العام الدراسي (2021/2020م).
و قد أظهرت النتائج أن واقع التعاقب الوظيفي لدى مديري و مديرات المدارس في محافظة الكرك جاء بدرجة متوسطة، و أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و المؤهل العلمي و الخبرة، و أوصت الدراسة بتكثيف جهود وزارة التربية و التعليم في توجيه مديري و مديرات المدارس بالاهتمام بالكفاءات المؤهلة لتولي المناصب الادارية، و العمل على تدريبها.
English Abstract
This study aimed to identify the job succession of school principals and Female principals in Karak governorate from the teachers ’point of view, and the differences between the sample opinions about the job succession of school principals and Female principals in the Karak governorate from the teachers’ viewpoint according to the variables of gender, academic qualification and experience.
The researcher used the descriptive approach to suit the objectives of this study.
The study sample consisted of (362) male and female teachers, They were chosen in a simple random way, and the researcher developed a questionnaire that consisted of (27) items distributed over three areas, and its validity and reliability were verified, as the study was applied in the academic year (2020/202).
The results showed that the job succession of school principals and Female principals in Karak governorate from the teachers ’point of view was medium, total arithmetic average (2.51), a Standard deviation (0.41), The study also resulted in the absence of statistically significant differences between the opinions of the study sample attributable to the variables of gender, academic qualification and experience, and the study recommended intensifying efforts of the Ministry of Education in directing school principals and Female principals to pay attention to qualified competencies to assume administrative positions, and work to train them
