Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تقييم تجربة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس و مساعديهم في دولة الكويت، و استخدمت الدراسة منهج البحث الوصفي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (102) مديراً ، و مديرة، و (309) مساعد و مساعدة مدير.

و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة تكونت من (49) فقرة، و تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن مستوى فاعلية تجربة التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا كان متوسطاً، و لم تظهر النتائج فروقاً ذات دلالة إحصائية المجالات الدراسة تعزى لمتغيرات الجنس و سنوات الخبرة، كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في متغير المؤهل العلمي فيما يتعلق بمجالي (استمرارية التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا، و تفاعل الطلبة مع التعليم عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا)، بينما وجدت فروق في مجالي (تفاعل المعلمين مع التعليم عن بعد، و معوقات التعليم عن بعد و الدرجة الكلية لصالح مؤهل الدراسات العليا، كما توصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق في جميع المجالات فيما يتعلق بمتغير الوظيفة فيما عدا مجال معوقات التعليم عن بعد حيث كانت الفروق لصالح المدير.

و في ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات من أبرزها : توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة من برامج وأدوات و مواد تقنية يتطلبها التعليم عن بعد، و التأهيل الكافي للمعلمين و تدريبهم على ممارسة التعليم عن بعد.

English Abstract

The study aimed to Evaluating e- Learning experience during COVID-19 Pandemic from Kuwait Schools’ Principals and their Assistants point view.

The study employed descriptive research method, The sample of study was consisted of (102) principals, and (309) assistant principals in the State of Kuwait.

A questionnaire was consisted of (49) items and distributed to the sample of the study, The results of the study showed the following: The level of effectiveness of the Evaluating e- Learning experience during COVID-19 Pandemic from Kuwait Schools’ Principals and their Assistants point view was average, and the results did not show statistically significant differences for the fields of study due to the variables of gender and years of experience.

The results also showed that there were no differences in the educational qualification variable with regard to the two fields (Continuity of e- Learning experience during COVID-19 Pandemic, and students’ interaction with e- Learning experience during COVID-19 Pandemic), while differences were found in the field (teachers’ interaction with e- Learning, and e- Learning obstacles) and the total score in favor of the postgraduate qualification, as I found The results indicated that there were no differences in all fields with regard to the job variable, except for the field of e- Learning obstacles, where the differences were in favor of the principal.

In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, most notably: providing the necessary infrastructure of programs, tools and technical materials required for e- Learning, and adequate qualification of teachers and training them to practice e- Learning.
