Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة للتعرّف على مدى قدرة خريجي التأهيل الرياضي على تدريس مادة التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مشرفي التربية الرياضية في الأردن حيث تم استخدام الباحث المنهج الوصفي بصورته المسحية لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة، حيث تم تصميم استبانة تتكون من (50) فقرة توزّعت على خمسة محاور، تشكل في مضمونها قدرة خريجي تخصص التأهيل الرياضي على تدريس مادة التربية الرياضية، و بعد أن تم التحقق من شروط الصدق والثبات لأداة الدراسة، تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (64) مشرفاً و مشرفة للتربية الرياضية و التابعين لوزارة التربية و التعليم في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية و ضمن الأقاليم الجغرافية الثلاث (الشمال، الوسط، الجنوب) تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العمدية، و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن قدرة خريجي التأهيل الرياضي على تدريس مادة التربية الرياضية من وجهة نظر مشرفي التربية الرياضية في الأردن.

جاءت وعلى المستوى الكلي بدرجة متوسطة بمتوسط حسابي (2.87) و بانحراف معياري (0.74)، أما على مستوى المجالات فقد جاءت جميعها بدرجة متوسطة أيضا محتلاً المرتبة الأولى مجال " التقويم و التقييم" بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (3.21) ، و جاء في المرتبة الثانية مجال " تنفيذ التعلم و التعليم بمتوسط حسابي بلغ (2.98)، و جاء في المرتبة الثالثة مجال المعلم " بمتوسط حسابي (2.84)، و في المرتبة الرابعة جاء مجال " الإدارة الصفية" بمتوسط حسابي (2.72)، و جاء بالمرتبة الخامسة و الأخيرة مجال طرق و أساليب التدريس بمتوسط حسابي (2.60).

كما و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ظاهرية في المتوسطات الحسابية لتقديرات المشرفين التربويين لمدى قدرة خريجي التأهيل الرياضي على تدريس مادة التربية الرياضية وفقا للمتغيرات الديموغرافية (النوع الاجتماعي، الإقليم، سنوات الخبرة، المؤهل العلمي)، و قد أوصى الباحث بضرورة التنسيق بين كليات التربية الرياضية في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية لتزويد الطلبة خريجي التأهيل الرياضي بمجموعة من المعارف و المهارات الخاصة بتدريس التربية الرياضية، و ربطها من خلال وزارة التعليم العالي من أجل تحقيق نوع من التعلم و التعليم و التدريب ليكونوا مؤهلين للتدريس في المدارس التابعة لوزارة التربية و التعليم الأردنية.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the extent to which the graduates of sports rehabilitation are able to teach the subject of physical education from the perspective of the supervisors of physical education in Jordan, where the descriptive approach was used in its survey image in order to achieve the study objectives.

A 50-item questionnaire was developed and distributed to five axes, which were concerned with the ability of the graduates of sports rehabilitation to teach the subject of physical education; its validity and reliability were verified.

The questionnaire was distributed to the study sample which consisted of (64) male and female supervisors of physical education in the ministry of education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan within the three provinces (north, middle, and south), who were chosen randomly.

The results revealed that the ability of the graduates of sports rehabilitation to teach the subject of physical education from the perspective of the supervisors of physical education in Jordan was medium with a mean of (2.87) and a standard deviation of (0.74).

As for the level of domains, they were all medium, where the domain of " evaluation and assessment" was in the first place with a mean of (3.21), followed by "implementing learning and teaching" with a mean of (2.98), then the domain of "teacher" in the third place with a mean of (2.84), followed by the domain of "classroom management" in the fourth place with a mean of (2.72), and finally the domain of "teaching means and methods" with a mean of (2.60).The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences regarding the means of supervisors' estimations for the extent to which the graduates of sports rehabilitation are able to teach the subject of physical education according to the demographic variables of (gender, province, years of experience, educational qualification).

In the light of the results, the study recommended the necessity of coordinating between the faculties of Physical Education in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan with regard to providing the graduate students in sports rehabilitation with the knowledge and skills relating to teaching Physical education and linking that via the ministry of Higher Education in order to achieve a qualitative education and training that enables them to teach in the schools of the Jordanian Ministry of education.
