Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف عن مدى رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة و اتجاهاتهم نحو التعلم الإلكتروني من وجهة نظرهم، و علاقة ذلك بمتغيرات النوع الاجتماعي، الكلية، الرتبة الأكاديمية)، و تحقيقاً لهذا الهدف تم تطوير استبانة مكونة من (59) فقرة، تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، و تم تطبيقها على عينة مكونة من (146) من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة، و قد أظهرت النتائج أن درجة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة عن التعلم الإلكتروني جاءت متوسطة و لجميع المجالات، حيث جاء مجال التعلم الإلكتروني والدعم المؤسسي في المرتبة الأولى، يليه مجال (تفاعل الطلبة مع المحتوى)، ثم مجال (تفاعل الطلبة مع عضو هيئة التدريس)، كما أظهرت النتائج أن اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو التعلم الإلكتروني سلبية بدرجة متوسطة، و أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05a) في درجة رضا أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة عن التعلم الإلكتروني في مجال (تفاعل الطلبة مع المحتوى)، تعزى لأثر متغير (النوع الاجتماعي) و لصالح المدرسات الإناث، و تعزى لأثر متغير الرتبة الأكاديمية) و لصالح (أستاذ مشارك) بينما لم يكن هناك أثر لمتغير (الكلية)، أما فيما يتعلق بالاتجاهات ؛ فقد أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05a≤) في مستوى اتجاهات أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة مؤتة نحو التعلم الإلكتروني تعزى لأثر متغير (الكلية) ولصالح الكليات العلمية، بينما لم يكن هناك أثر لمتغيري (النوع الاجتماعي، والرتبة الأكاديمية)، وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بتوصيات منها : ضرورة قيام جامعة مؤتة برفع مستوى الدعم الفني والمالي الأعضاء الهيئة التدريسية و الطلبة في الجامعة ليتمكنوا من تفعيل نظام التعلم الإلكتروني بشكل جيد.

English Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the extent of satisfaction among the faculty members at Mu'tah University and their attitude towards e-learning from their perspective and the relationship of that with the variables of (gender, faculty, and academic rank).

In order to achieve the study objectives, a 59-item questionnaire was developed; its validity and reliability were verified.

The questionnaire was applied to a sample that consisted of (146) faculty members at Mu'tah university.

The results showed that the degree of satisfaction of the faculty members at Mu'tah university towards e-learning was medium and for all the domains.

The domain of (e-learning and institutional support) was in the first place, followed by (students' interaction with the content), and then (the students' interaction with the faculty member).

The results showed that the degree of satisfaction of faculty members at Mutah University with e-learning was moderately negative in all areas.

The results revealed that there are statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) regarding the degree of satisfaction of the faculty members at Mu'tah university in the domain of (students' interaction with the faculty member) attributed to the variable of gender in favor of the females, and attributed to the variable of academic rank in favor of (associate professor), while there is no impact for the variable of (faculty).

As for the attitudes, the results indicated that there are statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) regarding the level of the attitudes of the faculty members at Mu'tah university towards e-learning attributed to the variable of (faculty) in favor of the scientific faculties, while there is no impact for the variables of (gender, academic rank).

In the light of the results, the study recommended recommendations including: the necessity for Mu’tah university enhance the level of technical and financial support for faculty members and students at the university in order to be able to activate the system of e-learning well.
