Arabic Abstract

تطوير أداء هدفت الدراسةُ التَّعرف إلى دور ثوافر متطلبات نظم المعلومات الإدارية في تطوير أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء سحاب، استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، تم تطوير أداة الدراسة و توزعت على عينة الدراسة المكونة من (300) معلم ومعلمة في المدارس الحكومية للواء سحاب.

و قد بلغ عدد المستجيبين (300) معلم و معلمة في لواء سَحاب.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن هنالك أثر لنظم المعلومات الإدارية EMIS في, مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء سحاب، كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور نظم المعلومات الإدارية EMIS في تطوير أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء سحاب تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة، و كذلك أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدور نظم المعلومات الإدارية EMIS في تطوير أداء مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء سحاب تعزى لمتغير الجنس.

و أوصت الدراسة بضرورة تعزيز اهتمام إدارة وزارة التربية و التعليم باستخدام نظم المعلومات الإدارية بجميع مكوناتها و عناصرها كونها متغير هام يسهم في التأثير في الأداء الوظيفي للمديرين.

و كذلك ضرورة مواكبة التطورات التكنولوجية في مجال نظم المعلومات الإدارية، و الحرص على استخدام الأجهزة الحديثة و البرمجيات المطورة لما لها من أثر في سلامة تطبيق نظم المعلومات الإدارية واستخدامها لاضافة إلى ضرورة اهتمام وزارة التربية و التعليم بإطلاع مديري المدارس على معايير الجودة المطبقة في نظام المعلومات الإدارية.

English Abstract

The study aims to identify the role of the availability of the Management Information System requirements in developing the performance of the principals of government schools in the Sahab District.

The study used descriptive survey methodology, while the study tool was developed and distributed to (300) teachers in the government schools of the Sahab District.

The number of responding principals in this study reached (300) teachers in the Sahab District.

The results of the study reveal that there is an impact of the Management Information System in developing the performance of the principals of government schools in the Sahab District.

Furthermore, the study shows the absence of statistically significant differences in the role of the Management Information System in developing the performance of the principals of government schools in the Sahab District and this attributes to the variable of years of experience.

Moreover, the study reveals the absence of statistically significant differences in the impact of the Management Information System in developing the performance of the principals of government schools in the Sahab District and this attributes to the gender variable.

The study recommends that the Management Information System with all its components and elements should receive more attention from the Ministry of Education since this system is considered as an important variable that affects the job performance of the principals.

In addition, the study suggests keeping pace with the technological developments in the field of the Management Information System and ensuring the use of advanced devices and developed software due to their effects in ensuring the safety of using and applying the Management Information System.

Finally, the study emphasizes the importance of acknowledging the school principals about the quality standards applied in the Management Information System by the Ministry of Education.
