Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت لمهارات الإدارة عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا من وجهة نظر المعلمين، و ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي، بتطوير استبانة تكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على (3) مجالات، تم التأكد من صدقها و ثباتها، وزعت على أفراد عينة تم اختيارها بالطريقة المتيسرة تكونت من (287) معلما و معلمة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أندرجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الثانوية في دولة الكويت لمهارات الإدارة عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا جاءت متوسطة، حيث جاء في المرتبة الأولى مجال المهارات التصورية، و في المرتبة الثانية مجال المهارات الفنية، و جاء في المرتبة الأخيرة مجال المهارات الإنسانية، و جاءت جميعها بمستوى متوسط، و أظهرت النتائج عدم جود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في تقديرات أفراد عينة الدراسة لدرجة امتلاك مديري المدارس الثانوية لمهارات الإدارة عن بعد في ظل جائحة كورونا تعزى لمتغير الجنس، و وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي لصالح البكالوريوس، و سنوات الخبرة لصالح (10 سنوات فأكثر)، و في ضوء نتائج الدراسة أوصى الباحث بالاستمرار في تعزيز و تمكين مفاهيم الإدارة عن بعد كمنهج عمل من تحیسن أداء مديري المدارس و الارتقاء بجودة العمل.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree to which secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait possess remote management skills in light of the Corona pandemic from the teachers’ point of view, using the descriptive survey method, by developing a questionnaire consisting of (50) items distributed over (3) domains, the validity of which was confirmed.

And its stability, distributed among individuals of a sample selected in the accessible way, consisting of (287) male and female teachers, and the study concluded that the degree to which secondary school principals in the State of Kuwait possess remote management skills in light of the Corona pandemic came to medium, as it came in the first place in the field of conceptual skills, and in The second place was in the field of technical skills, and in the last place came the field of human skills, all of them came at an average level, and the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimates of the study sample members to the degree to which secondary school principals possessed remote management skills in light of the Corona pandemic due to the gender variable, the presence Statistically significant differences attributed to the variables of educational qualification in favor of the bachelor, and years of experience in favor of (10 years or more), and in light of the results of the study, the researcher recommended continuing to strengthen and empower the concepts of remote management D as a work method that will improve the performance of school principals and raise the quality of work.
