English Abstract
The study aimed to investigate the moral anxiety and its relationship to self-efficacy among special education teachers in the central governorates, and in order to achieve the goal of the study, the measure of moral anxiety developed by him was used (Meera and Naaman, 2016), and the self-efficacy scale that he applied was used (Al-Sahli, 2014).
The study was applied on a sample of (737) male and female teachers in the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021 AD, and the number of tools recovered and subject to analysis reached (127) tools, forming (80.9%) of the distributed tools.
Among the most important findings of the study were the following: The level of moral anxiety and self-efficacy of special education teachers in the central governorates was high level, and the presence of a negative correlation between moral anxiety and self-efficacy among special education teachers in the central governorates, and the existence of differences of moral anxiety attributed to gender and the differences were in favor of females, and the presence of differences of moral concern The differences were attributed to the school and the differences were in favor of public schools, and there were differences of moral concern due to the experience, and the differences were in favor of those with experience (5 years or less).
The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the self-efficacy of special education teachers in the central governorates due to the variable of gender, school, and experience.
The study also found that moral anxiety explained an amount (50%) of the variance in the self-efficacy among teachers.

The study recommends the necessity of circumventing the issue of moral concern of special education teachers and trying to contain it in order to raise their level of competence and maintain their physical and psychological health.
