Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة بشكل عام إلى تحديد معوقات تمكين الأخصائي الاجتماعي من أداء دوره في المدارس الحكومية، و يتفرع من هذا الهدف الرئيسي مجموعة من الأهداف تتمثل في التعرف على معوقات تمكين الأخصائيين الاجتماعيين من أداء أدوارهم في المدارس الحكومية و التي تتجسد في المعوقات المرتبطة بالطلاب المدمجين، الأخصائي الاجتماعي، المجتمع و المعوقات المتعلقة بمدارس التعليم العام.

و التعرف على أدوار الأخصائي الاجتماعي التعليمي في المدارس الحكومية.

استخدمت الباحثة منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل الذي يعد أحد البحوث الرئيسية في البحوث الوصفية.

و العينة 65 أخصائي اجتماعي بمدارس التعليم العام و التي بها طلاب مدمجين.

و كانت اهم المعوقات هي ضعف الاستجابة من جانب بعض المؤسسات و الجمعيات الخيرية في المجتمع مع الأخصائي الاجتماعي و ضعف العمل التطوعي من جانب أفراد المجتمع و ضعف الهوية المهنية المستقلة للخدمة الاجتماعية التعليمية لدى وزارة التربية و التعليم و تهميش قسم الخدمة الاجتماعية من جانب مديرية التربية و التعليم.

English Abstract

The study aimed, in general, to identify the obstacles to enabling the social worker to perform his role in public schools, and from this main objective a set of goals is to identify the obstacles to enabling social workers to perform their roles in public schools, which are embodied in the obstacles associated with the integrated students, the social worker, society and obstacles related to public education schools.

and to identify the roles of the educational social worker in public schools.

the researcher used the comprehensive social survey method, which is one of the main research in descriptive research, and the sample is 65 social workers in general education schools that have integrated students.

the most important obstacles were the weak response on the part of some institutions and charities in the community with the social worker, the weakness of volunteer work on the part of community members, the weak independent professional identity of the educational social service at the ministry of education, and the marginalization of the social service department by the directorate of education.
