Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أهم المشكلات النفسية الشائعة لدى أخوة الأطفال التوحديين، و معرفة اختلاف المشكلات النفسية التي يعاني منها أخوة الأطفال التوحديين عن تلك التي يعاني منها أخوة الأطفال العاديين.

استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المقارن و اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (50) طفل و طفلة ممن تتراوح أعمارهم من (6-12) مقسمين كالآتي (20) طفل و طفلة من أخوة الأطفال التوحديين (11) ذكور، (9) إناث و (30) طفل و طفلة من أخوة الأطفال العاديين كمجموعة مقارنة و اعتمدت الدراسة على استمارة المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي و استبيان المشكلات النفسية الشائعة لدى إخوة الأطفال التوحديين، و خرجت النتائج تؤكد أنه يعاني إخوة الأطفال التوحديين من بعض المشكلات النفسية هذا بالمقارنة بينهم و بين إخوة الأطفال العاديين.

و يعاني معظم إخوة الأطفال التوحديين من مشكلة الخوف و غالبا ما تتعلق مخاوف هؤلاء الأطفال بالخوف من المستقبل و الخوف من عدم القدرة على تحمل مسئولية هذا الأخ التوحدي مما يولد لدى هؤلاء الأخوة الرغبة المستمرة في معرفة ما سيحدث في المستقبل، أيضا يعاني هؤلاء الإخوة من الخوف الاجتماعي الذي يتمثل في الخوف من سخرية الآخرين من أخيهم المعاق.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the most important psychological problems common to the siblings of autistic children, and to know the different psychological problems that siblings of children with autism suffer from those suffered by siblings of ordinary children.

the study used the comparative descriptive approach and the study sample included (50) boys and girls aged (6-12) divided as follows (20) boys and girls from the brothers of autistic children (11) males, (9) females and (30) boys and girls from the siblings of ordinary children as a comparison group, the study relied on the socio-economic level questionnaire and the common psychological problems among siblings of autistic children.

the results came out confirming that the siblings of autistic children suffer from some psychological problems, compared to the siblings of ordinary children.

most of the brothers of autistic children suffer from the problem of fear, and the fears of these children are often related to fear of the future and fear of not being able to take responsibility for this autistic brother, which generates in these brothers a constant desire to know what will happen in the future.

these brothers also suffer from social fear, which is represented by in fear of others mocking their disabled brother.
