هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على واقع التأهيل السلوكي لدى أطفال متلازمة داون بمراكز الخدمات المساندة في محافظة البحيرة، و استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي نظرا لملائمته لموضوع الدراسة.
و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : إن أطفال متلازمة داون يحتاجون إلى التدخل المبكر و التأهيل الشامل لتمكينهم من تنمية و تطوير قدراتهم و إدماجهم في المجتمع.
و يشمل التأهيل السلوكي لأطفال متلازمة داون اكتشاف قدرات و مواهب الطفل و معرفة نقاط ضعفه و دافعيته و شخصيته و تطبيق البرامج السلوكية التي تناسب قدراته و إمكانياته.
كما أوصت الباحثة بالتوسع في تقديم الخدمات التربوية المساندة، لتشمل كل هذه الخدمات، و عدم اقتصارها على خدمات محددة و زيادة عدد الأخصائيات في المراكز و الجمعيات بما يتناسب مع عدد الطلبة من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.
English Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the reality of behavioral rehabilitation among children with down syndrome in support services centers from the point of view of the teachers and specialists in Beheira governorate.
the researcher used the descriptive analytical method due to its relevance to the subject of the study.
the study reached the following results, children with down syndrome need early intervention and comprehensive rehabilitation to enable them to develop and develop their abilities and integrate them into society.
behavioral rehabilitation for children with down syndrome includes discovering the child's abilities and talents, knowing his weaknesses, motivation and personality, and applying behavioral programs that suit his abilities and capabilities.
the researcher also recommended expanding the provision of educational support services, to include all these services, and not limiting them to specific services, and increasing the number of female specialists in centers and associations in proportion to the number of students with special needs.
