Abstract EN

The research aims at introducing a future vision of social work from the perspective of the generalist practice in the field of environmental protection from pollution.

this is done by evaluating the status quo of the generalist practice of social work as a new direction for professional intervention, and observing and performing quantitative and qualitative analyses of some research that studied the generalist practice of social work in the field of environmental protection from pollution.

this is intended to formulate a future vision for the profession in this field.

this research is considered one of the futuristic studies.

the content analysis and the deductive (indicative) methods were used, in addition to the critical aspect.

a guide was designed to analyze the contents of a group previous research studies conducted from 2000 to 2021 as a time field.

the number of previous research studies that were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed was 120.

the most important results of the research were describing and interpreting the forms, causes and effects influenced by environmental pollution.

then, it attempted to develop modern strategies that can be adapted to achieve the goals of professional intervention in the field of environmental protection from pollution.

finally, the determinants, requirements and indicators were deduced, which helped in building the future vision of the generalist practice of social work in the field of environmental protection from pollution.
