Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the reality of the conflict between the family role and the job role among that group of employees.

the purpose of the study : the researcher found a tool that measures the variable of the conflict between those two roles consisting of two dimensions (family requirements and work requirements), and applied it to the study group.

1-there is a correlation between family requirements and work requirements for the group of employees members 2-there are statistically significant differences among the study group in the role conflict scale according to the educational level.

3-there are statistically significant differences among the study group members in the role conflict scale according to different years of work.
