For the child with special needs the family is considered as the first institution where he grow up, and the place which provide him protection, care and balance, because the proper family relations inter its members has significant implications during the childhood which is represent the psychological building period and discovering the status, where the family members are facing a shock and not able to think in a good way, and then it will be the beginning of a pressures series, efforts and attempts in order to provide the best possible chance to the child, so they need guidance to know the useful ways for helping their son, the guidance necessity lie in guide the family about the social, educational and treatments choices, also how to get the information and participate in supporting a positive images about children with special needs, in other hand the guidance role encompass helping family how to rise the kid with special needs and makes him lives independently, also provide the important social services.

this paper aimed at recognize the children with special needs and monitoring their families needs.
