This study aims to highlight the effects of impression management styles on organizational conflict management in the national electricity and gas company in Touggourt, where the descriptive analytical method was relied on, and to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed that included 30 items to collect primary information, where 75 questionnaires were processed by the SPSS V 26, and the study reached a set of results, the most important : there is a negative effect of the self-reinforcement style on the organizational conflict management, and there is no effect of intimidation and begging styles on the management of organizational conflict in the company.
