This study deals with research and analysis an issue about which a great controversy has arisen in contemporary Islamic jurisprudence, as well as in comparative legislation and judiciary, which is the extent to which genetic fingerprint analyzes are permissible as a medical newcomer with almost certain results in denying descent, and dispensing with al-Lian as a legal way, as the opinions of the jurists and the researchers differed between permissible and opposed to this, and each opinion has its own arguments, evidence, and grounds.

as a result of this jurisprudential dispute, there is a difference in the conduct of comparative legislation (Arab and western), as well as the conduct of comparative judiciary on this important issue.
