Algerian investment abroad can offer a series of advantages both to economic actors through the expansion of investment, the profitability of the funds injected and the acquisition of technology and know-how, as well as to the national economy by increasing foreign exchange earnings from organized transfers, unifying the balance of payments and strengthening trade cooperation links with countries .
this system is governed by a legal framework which aims to define the various investment operations, the different conditions that economic operators wishing to invest abroad must meet, the authorized body to examine investment files, the conditions set for their realization as well as the conditions set for their implementation, as well as the various control mechanisms.
the observations made in terms of the volume of Algerian investment abroad highlights a very timid balance sheet that is far from the current potential of the national economy.
as a result, it is recommended to adopt reforms for the efficiency of the applied system for investment abroad and to integrate this component into the national economic policy.

L'investissement algérien à l'étranger peut présenter une série d'avantages tant pour les opérateurs économiques à travers l'extension de l'investissement, la rentabilité des fonds injectés et l'acquisition de la technologie et le savoir-faire que pour l'économie nationale à travers l'augmentation des recettes en devise via les transferts ordonnés, la consolidation de la balance des paiements et le renforcement des liens de coopération commerciales avec les pays.
ce dispositif est régi par un cadre juridique qui vise à définir les différentes opérations d'investissement, les différentes conditions à remplir par les opérateurs économiques désirants investir à l'étranger, l'organe habilité en matière d'examen des dossiers d'investissement, les conditions édictées pour leur réalisation ainsi que les différents mécanismes de contrôle.
le constat dressé en matière du volume d'investissement algérien à l'étranger fait ressortir un bilan très timide et loin du potentiel existant pour l'économie nationale.
de ce fait, il est recommandé d'adopter des réformes pour l'efficacité du dispositif mis en matière de l'investissement à l'étranger, et intégrer ce volet dans la politique de l'économie nationale.
