Abstract EN

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of the application of Hakim electronic program on the development of the quality of the Royal Jordanian Medical Services in Jordan.

The researcher relied on descriptive analytical methodology for analysis and classification of data from all employees in the hospital and in various specialties and administrative centers.

(The Ministry of Health of Jordan), and took a random sample of the above mentioned sample (312), a sample of 24% of the total size of the study community.

The questionnaire was distributed to all of them and the valid questionnaires were (282) by (90.4%) of the total questionnaires distributed by the researcher to the sample members.

The results of the study were the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) for the application of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) , Reliability, responsiveness, archiving).

The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) for the application of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) to develop the quality of the royal medical services in terms of safety.

The results of the study showed that there is a statistically significant effect at the level of (α = 0.05) for the implementation of Hakim electronic program in its dimensions (advanced devices, supporting software, qualified human resources, databases) to develop the quality of the royal medical services in terms of reliability.

The study also recommended the importance of continuing to develop the use of the Hakim system in order to assist in providing opinions, creative ideas that increase the development of the performance of employees and their efficiency, and increase the level of attention to the dimensions of the variable quality of the Royal Medical Services, which are also important concepts for hospitals and organizations in general, On their growth and development.
