Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the reality of the use of business intelligence and its impact on the stages of crisis management at the National Center for Disaster and Crisis Management in the Kingdom of Bahrain, and the study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach, and the primary data for the study were collected through the development of a questionnaire consisting of 35 paragraphs.

The higher, middle, and supervisory staff of the National Center for Disaster and Crisis Management in the Kingdom of Bahrain in the various ministries in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the number of (860) employees, and the study sample was selected according to the relative stratified method of managers who have direct contact with the Crisis Management Center in the various ministries in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

And their number (266) employees.

The questionnaire was analyzed and the study hypotheses were tested by the statistical packages program (Smart.PLS3).

The results of the study showed that the availability of business intelligence and the stages of crisis management at the National Center for Disaster and Crisis Management in the Kingdom of Bahrain reached an average score on the Likert five-point scale, as the study found.

There is a statistically significant impact of competitive intelligence on the stages of crisis management.

The study recommended the necessity for the National Center for Disaster and Crisis Management in the Kingdom of Bahrain to improve and increase attention to the level of adoption of crisis management in its various stages, with increased attention to studying and analyzing trends and historical data related to the occurrence of crises to anticipate the date, places, and type of crises that can occur, and use clear information about the environment The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its various variables, in order to face the crises and disasters in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Also, the need for the center to rely on methods of predicting future events and crises by employing quantitative and qualitative scientific methods to discover danger signals, and to have early warning devices to increase the center's ability to deal with crises.
