Abstract EN

The present study aims to measure the effect of organizational Ambidexterity (exploration Ambidexterity, exploitation Ambidexterity, and flexible organizational structure) on the strategic performance (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal operations perspective, learning and creativity perspective).

As the researcher relied on the field survey in collecting and tabulating data and analyzing the inspection unit from all employees of Zain Iraq Telecommunications Company under study, whose number is(180) employees, All of them were targeted by the comprehensive survey method, as was retrieved (172) has reached the number of questionnaires not valid for analysis (8), and therefore Data valid for analysis of (166) that is the ratio of a response rate (92.2%).

The study concludes with many results, the most important of which is the presence of a statistically significant effect at (a ≤ 0.05) level of organizational Ambidexterity (exploration ambidexterity, exploitation ambidexterity, and flexible organizational structure) in strategic performance (financial perspective, customer perspective, internal operations perspective, perspective).

The researcher also recommended that Zain Telecom should be keen to improve the technology used periodically in order to provide advanced services and optimize their investment, which leads to the expansion of the company and increase the number of customers in addition to existing customers.
