Abstract EN

This study aimed to identify the role of social support as a moderator variable in the relationship of job security and homework interference on intention to leave in Jordanian Group Company of free zones and development zones.

The study sample consisted of (270) employees which chosen from all levels of management, were a questionnaire developed as data collection method, and distributed to the study sample.

The study used descriptive methods for data analysis, and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS statistical program.

The study found statistically significant impact of social support as a moderator in the relationship job security and homework interference on intention to leave, According to the study findings, it came to many recommendations, the most significant: the necessary for management of government organizations to pay attention to the social support for employees and the development of new methods to lighten the work burdens, as social support could modify the intention to leave among employees, and identifying the negative impact of homework interference, In addition, the Jordanian company of free and development zones should importantly pay attention to incentive and compensation system in line with challenges and support for the employees in and out the work
