Abstract EN

The study aimed to measure the impact of strategic management on the performance of sports talent management in professional Jordanian sports institutions.

The independent variable is strategic management (environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation), and the dependent variable is the performance of sports talent management (knowledge of business requirements).

The study was based on the descriptive and analytical approach.The study population consisted of (12) professional sports institutions in Jordan.

The researcher distributed (122) questionnaires to the respondents of the study sample.

The study reaveled a number of results, the most important is the presence of a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α = 0.05) of strategic management dimensions (environmental analysis, strategy formulation, strategy implementation, strategy evaluation) on the performance of sports talent management dimensions (knowledge of work requirements, work Team spirit, quality of work done, amount of work done) in professional sports institutions in Jordan.

The study recommended increasing the continuity and adoption of strategic management dimensions to maintain the advanced level of management interest in talent performance
