Abstract EN

The pilgrimage of Imam Hussein (as) on the fortieth day is one of the signs of a believer.

This pilgrimage started from the first forty with the pilgrimage of the companions of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him and his family, namely Jabir ibn Abdullah Ansari, and has been considered by Shiites throughout different ages.

What is more important in this pilgrimage is the walk in the path of Arbaeen pilgrimage.

From the point of view of Imami jurisprudence, Arbaeen arguments are used in jurisprudence to prove the legitimacy and virtue of the Arbaeen pilgrimage; Thus, the Arbaeen walk is one of the obvious examples of bowing to the divine rites and being close to the Ahl al- Bayt of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him), which we have been commanded to do in the Holy Qur'an.

Walking for pilgrimage is also evident in the biography of the Infallibles (peace be upon them) and this is a reason that the more effort a person puts in the path of worshiping God, the higher his virtue is.

The biography of the Ahl al-Bayt (as) and their companions is a proof of that.
