هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد التوزيع الأمثل بين طول الطرقات في كل ولاية جزائرية و عدد فروع الصيانة المتواجدة بها حيث تم الاستعانة بمعامل جينى و المقياس النسبي و مقياس الفرق لتحديد النقص و الفائض و إعادة توزيعها حسب طول الطرقات، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن هناك توزيع غير عادل ما بين طول الطرقات في كل ولاية و عدد فروع الصيانة المخصص لها حيث تبين أن 45 ولاية جزائرية تحتوي على فائض من فروع الصيانة بينما هناك 3 ولايات تعاني من نقص أونقص شديد من فروع الصيانة، و كانت أبرز هاته الولايات التي تعاني من نقص شديد هي ولاية سكيكدة باحتياج قدره 299 فرع صيانة لكونها الولاية الأولى وطنيا من حيث طول الطرقات فيها، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى توزيع أمثل لفروع صيانة الطرقات عبر كامل التراب الوطني باستخدام معيار الفرق وتم تحقيق ذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي و المنهج التحليلي للوصول إلى ذلك
Abstract EN
The study aimed to determine the optimal distribution between the length of roads in each Of the Algerian states and the number of maintenance branches located in it,where the gene coefficient and the relative scale and scale of difference were used to determine the shortage and surplus to redistribute them according to the length of the roads, the study found that there is an unfair distribution between the length of the roads in each state and the number of maintenance branches allocated to it where it was found that 45 Algerian states contain a surplus of maintenance branches while there are 3 states suffer from a severe shortage of branches of maintenance, the most prominent of these states that suffer from severe shortage is the state of Skikda with a need of 299 maintenance branches because it is the first state in national level in terms of the length of roads in it, as the study reached an optimal distribution of branches of road maintenance across the entire national territory by using the standard of difference and was achieved using the descriptive and analytical method to reach it.

L’étude visait a déterminer la distribution optimale entre la longueur des routes dans chaque wilaya algérienne et le nombre de succursales des maintenances là-bas ,nous avons donc utilisé le coefficient de géni et l’échelle relative et l’échelle de différence pour déterminer la pénurie et l’excédent et les redistribuer en fonction de la longueur des routes ,et l’études a conclu qu’ il ya une répartition injuste entre la longueur des routes dans chaque wilaya et de nombre de branches de maintenances qui lui sont assignées il a été constate que 45 wilayas algériennes contient un excès de branches de maintenances ,alors qu’ il y a 3 wilayas souffrent d’ une grave pénurie de branches de maintenances ,et c’était la wilaya de Skikda la plus souffrant elle a besoin de 299 branche de maintenance parce que c’est la première wilaya au niveau national par la longueur de la route et l’étude a atteint une distribution optimale pour les branches de maintenances routière sur tout le territoire national en utilisant l’échelle de la différances et cela a été réalisé par l’approche descriptive et l’approche analytique pour atteindre cet objectif .
