إن تكنولوجيا التعليم هي تطبيق التكنولوجيات الإلكترونية و منها الحاسب الآلي و الأقمار الصناعية وغيرها من التكنولوجيات المتقدمة و توزيعها و نقلها من مكان لآخر و على هذا تكون تكنولوجيا المعلومات في أوسع معنيها تخطيطا و إعدادا و تطويرا و تنفيذا و تقويما كاملا للعملية التعليمية من مختلف جوانبها، و من خلال هذه الدراسة نريد توضيح منهجية إدماج تكنولوجيا المعلومات في قطاع التعليم بالولايات المختارة عنابة، سطيف، قسنطينة وكيفية قياس النفاذ إلى تكنولوجيا التعليم بقطاع التربية في الولايات المذكورة آنفا.
Abstract EN
Educational technology is an application of advanced technologies such as computers, and satellites… In a broader sense, information technologies can be used to plan, execute, evaluate, and improve the different facets of the education process.
Through this study, we aim to elucidate how information technologies are integrated in the education sector, and how to evaluate the access to these technologies in the education sector in the studied states, namely Constantine, Annaba, and Setif.

La technologie éducative est une application de technologies avancées telles que les ordinateurs et les satellites… Dans un sens plus large, les technologies de l'information peuvent être utilisées pour planifier, exécuter, évaluer et améliorer les différentes facettes du processus éducatif.
À travers cette étude, nous visons à expliquer comment les technologies de l'information sont intégrées dans le secteur de l'éducation et comment l'accès à ces technologies est évalué dans le secteur de l'éducation dans les États étudiés, à savoir Constantine, Annaba et Setif.
