على الرغم من أن التعليم بشكل عام والجامعي على وجه الخصوص يبدو و كأنه يعيش ازدواجا أخلاقيا بين التدريس على أساس الحضور الشخصي و التعليم عن بُعد ، إلا أن الاثنين قادرين على التعايش معا مع إبلاء الأولوية للمحتويات التعلمية المقدمة وجها لوجه في بيئة حقيقة.
ولكن مع تفشي جائحة كوفید 19 ، كانت التكنولوجيا الرقمية سباقة في هذا المجال حيث منحت للتعليم الإلكتروني بعدا ابتكارا دون أن يكون فريدا من نوعه بما أن التعليم بالمراسلة معترف به منذ فترة طويلة حيث يوفر للتلاميذ الذين تركوا النظام التعليمي أو الذين هم في حالة رسوب مدرسي إمكانية مواصلة تعليمهم.
Abstract EN
Even if education in general and university education in particular appears to be in a deontological duality between the in class courses and the distance-learning ones, both of them are able to coexist with a priority afforded to the pedagogic content in the face-to-face course in a real environment.
But with the Covid- 19 pandemic, digital technology has given e- Learning a step ahead and has given it an innovative dimension but not a unique one, since correspondence education has been recognized as a possibility for pupils who leaved the education system or were in an academic failure the possibility of continuing their studies.

Bien que l'enseignement en général et universitaire en particulier parait vivre une dualité déontologique entre les cours en présentiel et en distanciel, les deux arrivent à cohabiter ensemble avec une priorité accordée aux contenus pédagogiques dispensés en face à face dans un environnement réel.
Mais avec la pandémie de la Covid-19, la technologie numérique a conféré au e-Learning une longueur d'avance et lui a octroyé une dimension innovatrice sans être inédite puisque l'enseignement par correspondance est reconnu, depuis longtemps, offrir aux élèves sortis du système éducatif ou en échec solaire la possibilité de poursuivre leurs études à distance.
